Productbeschrijving
- De bedstructuur heeft een hoge stijfheid en stabiliteit; uitgerust met een grote spanningsspanning en een hoge stijfheid van de hoofdspint, een 15/18,5 kW hoge koppel hoofdmotor, en een 100 mm middelhoogte gereedschapsrest,met een vermogen van meer dan 50 W
- De hele machine is ontworpen voor thermische balans. Het product is van batch CMK2.0 (IT6-klasse), met een herhaalde positioneringsnauwkeurigheid van 0,003 mm en de conische oppervlakte van de hoofdas ≤ 0,002 mm
- Configureerbare servo-staarttafel, werkt bij hoge snelheid, zonder inslagklemmen, waardoor defecte en beschadigde producten worden geëlimineerd, waardoor de verwerkingsefficiëntie wordt verhoogd
- A2-8 spindel-sleeve-spindel-eenheid
- Hoofdmotor met een hoog koppel van 15/18,5 kW
- 100 meter hoog gereedschapsdrager voor het snijhoofd
