HDGQ800 reeks Hoge precisie en starheid cnc vmc met brugstructuur
Structuurkenmerken
- De z-as keurt de gepatenteerde kleine structuur van de brug vierkante ram goed, vergroot de contactoppervlakte van het diaspoor door 400%, is de starheid beter, vormt hoge precisie en de zware ladingsas, het behoudtijd van de spoornauwkeurigheid is zeer beter.
- Z-as stikstoftegengewicht, geschikt voor hoge snelheidsverrichting, stabielere verwerking
- Korte keeldiepte. De afstand tussen het z-As gidsspoor en de as in de richting van X en Y is kort, en de algemene starheid en de levensduur zijn zeer beter vergelijkbaar geweest met die van dezelfde specificaties van grote vmc.
- Gepatenteerde sturcture van gebogen achterdeur. Zorgvuldig ontwerp van structuur van de groot-spanwijdte de poreuze multi-geribbelde deur. De starheid is beter dan VMC. De veelvoudige Horizontale Assen kunnen op Samengestelde Kolommen worden geïnstalleerd
